At Olive & Jui, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping information below:

Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and printed on demand to reduce waste and support sustainability.

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days (depending on product type and location)
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with tracking information

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7-10 business days
  • Available within the US only

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 4-7 business days
  • Cost: $30 USD
  • Available within the US only

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Express shipping is available at an additional cost during checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number to monitor your delivery
  • You can track your order through the carrier's website

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Holidays and peak seasons
  • Weather conditions or carrier delays
  • Remote or rural locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at jutjuijan@icloud.com within 48 hours of expected delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
